Q: What is the difference between Freestanding, Wall mountable, Desktop and Large Format kiosks.
A: Depending on the environment the kiosk will be placed in, you might want to consider another mounting option than our bestselling "freestanding" design. Their compact design allows for flexible integration in any type of setting. Large format kiosks are ideal for digital signage purposes, however, they don't offer the same degree of personal experience that is achieved with smaller models.

Q: I like your designs but would want something customized, is this possible?
A: Yes, we offer many levels of customization or can design you a unit from scratch. As a kiosk manufacturer we have extensive knowledge on the matter and complete control over every phase of production, thus allowing maximum flexibility towards this type of service. Q: Does ITS offer kiosks fit for outdoor use?
A: This type of interactive kiosks is still under development at this time. We expect to market a weatherproof solution soon.

Q: Does ITS build photo kiosks?
A: We feel that the market of photokiosks is saturated as it is. For this reason we don't have a photo kiosk among our standard models. If you were to have a demand for it however, we'd be happy to asses the feasability of developing such a unit.

Q: Does ITS provide software?
A: ITS has great partnerships with some major players on the (kiosk) software market. We'd be happy to support you with licensing for many interesting applications. Q: Does ITS provide digital music kiosks?
A: Sure, our products are very generic and widely applicable. Consider them a "medium" for your application. If required, we can add a headphone jack to virtually any unit.

Q: Does ITS provide pay-for-use internet kiosks?
A: Yes, the Venice 17 with coin acceptor and keyboard/trackball option lends itself perfectly for this task. For an optimal experience adding a restive touch screen might be taken into consideration. The ideal setup would be a configuration featuring the latter hardware setup and an implementation of the Provisio SiteKiosk Payment Bundle.

Q: Can I provide or install my own PC in an ITS kiosk?
A: We'd rather use or own components that have proven themselves already for long term operation purposes. Every component is tuned to work with the other components.Furtheremore, we want to assure a snug fit within the enclosure. Also this would have implications for the Limited Warranty offered on our products and CE/FCC certification.
Our computer configurations are competively priced so we don't feel there's a reason why an alternative should be considered.
Exceptions may be made when you have a previous partner agreement that requires specified computer brands.

Q: Can I purchase an empty kiosk enclosure and install my own components?
A: We do not offer empty enclosures for sale for the same reason that no other quality-conscient manufacturer does this.  When a unit carrying our brand name is used in the field, we want to be certainty about the quality, performance and stability of the system.

Q: I have a custom component I would like to use in the kiosk. Can ITS install this device for me?
A: Yes, our philosophy is that there's a solution for everything. We have a long experience in answering to the requirements of our customers, and custom tooling. We can make the necessary changes to our models to accomodate your device with a snug fit and quality of service.

Q: Can ITS create or produce graphics/art/signage for my kiosk?
A: Certainly! Since we have an in-house graphical department, we'd be more than happy to offer this service to you. We can produce all types of  vinyl cut, photo foil application, and more. Contact us for further details.

Q: What are my color choices?
A: The availability of certain finishes depends on the kiosk model. Most of our models have pre-defined color options. However, would like a custom color, we can deliver that too. Feel free to contact us with your questions and we'd be happy to help you.

Q: Does ITS sell separate components without a kiosk enclosure?
A: Yes, upon request you can order spare components upon the purchase of any of our products.

Q: Are ITS kiosks DDA compliant for the disabled?
A: Our wall mountable kiosks can be fixed at any height.
As far as our range of freestanding kiosks goes, our Venice model is available with reduced height tubes.
This reduced height model complies to the DDA standard.

Q: Do your products require mounting?
A: Some of our products a basic level of mounting. The reason behind this is that we want to ship our products as compact as possible for shipping & handling. No professional skills are required, anyone can do it.

A: A kiosk is a self-service interactive terminal based on computer technology. On our site you can find some more information on commercial applications using kiosk technology, how a touch screen works, and embedded computer technology.

Q: Does ITS sell internationally?
A: We have years of experience in selling to international customers. Having said that, we're not lying if we state that we've done business with companies in every corner of the world. You can rest assured that all of your orders will be handled with the utmost professionalism.

Q: Will ITS sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
A: Due to the nature of the kiosk market, all information shared between your company and ours is regarded as strictly confidential. ITS applies a standard NDA and would be happy to engage in a signed engagement between companies. If you have your own NDA, our legal department will review this document to ensure the terms can be agreed upon.

Q: I want to order one of your products. How do I proceed?
A: Please send an email with your request for a Purchase Order. At this point you get assigned a project manager that will support you in your whole order process, up to the point of delivery of the unit(s). We will reply with a Pro-Forma Invoice which needs to be signed and faxed back to us (you can also send it as a PDF). After that we receive confirmation that payment has been made to us, we will proceed with the order.

Q: Can I purchase a single kiosk, or is there a minimum quantity?
A: You can buy one kiosk, or a thousand. In any case, your business is greatly appreciated and we're happy to support you in every way we can.

A: Yes we do offer various levels of pricing discounts. We also do special bid offers. Please contact our sales department for more information regarding discounts.

Q: What is the general lead-time for delivery once my order is placed?
A: Usually the timespan from order up to delivery takes from 1 to 4 weeks for our standard models.
For models with custom requirements, that require tooling, the timespan up to delivery can take upto 8 weeks. In any case we will provide you fast and reliable service.

Q: Will ITS load my software onto the kiosk?
A: Our kiosks are loaded with a standard Microsoft Windows image that contains all device drivers.
If you want the unit to be pre-loaded with certain applications, your requirement must be greater than ten units.

Q: Can I lease kiosks from ITS?
A: ITS does not offer a leasing service at this time.

Q: Does ITS offer samples for evaluation?
A: If your kiosk project exceeds a requirement of 15 units, we're happy to allow you a sample for evaluation purposes. An evaluation of 30 days is allowed. This service is free of charge, however, you will be charged for shipping and handling fees.

Q: Once you ship my order, how long does it take to get to me?
A: This depends on the shipping location. Shipments within the EU may take from 3 to 5 business days until delivery.
Shipment to more remote locations may take longer, depending on the used logistics partner and type of transportation.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong during transit?
A: Rest assured that we never ever send anything out without having a proper full-risk ensurance. In the rare occasion that something does happen to the goods during transit, our logistics partner will cover all damages suffered.

Q: Will I be able to track the shipment?
A: Yes, upon expedition of the products you will receive tracking information.

Q: Does ITS offer a maintenance program?
A: Our products don't really need maintenance. A cleaning of the enclosure from time to time might be a good idea. Apart from that, our solutions are very durable and do not require any other special actions.

A: Use a damp cloth to clean the kiosk. Do not use excessive amounts of water.
